It was another sleepless night last night...well I must have dozed on and off but quite a lot of pain with my knee...got up this morning and its so stiff and sore. Another day with my feet up I think.
Thanks for having a read today and sorry the post is a short one, maybe tomorrow I will be able to sit on the computer chair for a bit longer.
