Wedding Anniversary and Sales

Good morning and it should be the day of rest.  I am going to try and get back into the mind set of doing no housework or anything else llike that on a Sunday, just cook a lovely Sunday lunch and enjoy the day, well we can try.  It is also extremely cold outside so I shall not venutre out just yet.

Today is the day where all the family go to church in Cyrpus and mark the 40th day of loosing Christiana.  There is a service at the church and then a priest will be at the graveside and give blessings and waft insense everywhere for a while.  After this follows a close family gathering at Daddys house with the twins looking after things, similar to a wake but only for an hour or two. 

Today it is also the 40th Wedding Anniversary for brother and sister in law.  They are currently on a cruise but I managed to make this card for them and hand it over, before they left.

Not my usual style of card but I loved doing it. I seem to be able to make a few cards recently but I must take care not to over do it as I do still have Rhuematoid Arthritis although it isnt as bad as it has been.  I dont want to do too much and get those pains back again.

The sale in the craft room continues, along with the making of thank you cards, birthday cards and maybe later a little video.  If you are free today and fancy a browse and a cuppa, please let me know and I can put the kettle on.
