Happy Birthday Hubby

Good morning and Happy Easter Monday.  Woke up to cloudy skies and everywhere is wet so it must have rained overnight.

Lots planned for today as it is hubby birthday.  One of the daughters came over early this morning and dropped off a couple of presents which are jigsaws, oh how hubby does enjoy doing those.  He has received a great book from the lad that he has been after for a while of Bemrose School, which is where he attended a few years ago.  He has had a few more bits and bobs and I am treating him to a lunch in the shopping centre he likes to visit.

I didn't make a card for him this year as I just couldn't make one as nice as this.

We found it in a garden center on one of our crafty ladies meet ups.  It is really wonderful and he adores it.  Of course I added a few little bits to make it my own, I shall keep it to see what I can do in the future. 

Tonight we are off to his favourite taverna with both daughters and their other halves so it should be a really nice and jolly evening and not a late one either as they have to be up early.
