DAY THREE HUNDRED AND THIRTY FIVE - Awards, Festive Friday and more

 

Good morning, its a cold start in my neck of the woods and we have a few showers in the forecast but as I am out and about in the car this morning, I dont mind too much.  

Off to a shop to see if I can find a dress for my daughters wedding.  I dont mind dress shopping but its just one store at a time. I have taken to ordering a few dresses for store collection but I will try them on whilst I am there and return the ones that I dont like.  This way it makes sure I have a selection without all the walking around. 

Last week Stampin' Up! announced their annual recognition results from 2024 - 2025 and after 17 years as a demonstrator, I was completely blown away to discover that I had been named as one of the top performers in the UK.

It was such a wonderful suprise.  A lovely friend and fellow demonstrator messaged me to say I had been keeping quiet about it but the truth was, I didnt even know.  I had to make sure that I read the list twice.  To say I am thrilled is an understatement and I am just so very very grateful. Without you, a team member, friend, customer or someone who just reads the blogs and my facebook posts, sends me kind messages, thank you.  You have made the journey so special and I couldnt have done this without you.  Creating with Stampin' Up! has opened up a whole world of friendships that I really dont know what I would do without.    So here is to more crafting and lets see what we get up to next.

We celebrated the news on Friday evening with fresh frothy cappuchinos, Christmas nibbles and plenty of chocolate whilst we crafted.  Here is what we created

 

The last 2025 Festive Friday will be at the beginning of December, watch this space for exact details in the next week or so. Then we shall start all over again in February 2026.

 

 

The next thing for me is today, between 1pm - 5pm its a cuppa and a crafty chat in The Craft Room.   If you are free for a couple of hours why not pop in.  The dresser has lots of pretties on it, there are so many samples of cards and of course, lots to talk about.  You can pick up a brochure, place an order or just pop in to see what we are all about.  If you are not sure where I am, just get in touch, all my contact details are at the bottom of this post. 

 

 

 

It is Kit Night on Friday night.  Join a few like minded folk, get creative and enjoy an evening of crafty chatter whilst putting your kits together.  We do have a laugh.  Let me know if you hope to be there.
