DAY - ONE OF 2025 - Happy New Year

Good morning and Happy New Year.  So this is the very first Wednesday of 2025.  Not too much planned to do today just a bitting and bobbing day.

As usual it will start off with catching up on the news on facebook, followed by my blog and then I am trying to get myself sorted for instagram.  Something I havent been very consistent with but thats because I dont understand it and no one has ever really explained it so for the month of January, I shall be trying my best to get my head around it all.  I do like a challenge.

 

I am not making any New Year Resolutions but there will be things that I am most certainly not buying in 2025.  The first thing that I shall make sure I dont buy are pens.  I have lots of cheap pens that have just appeared and have some beautiful ones that I love to use.  I am sure I will come up withsomething else each month.  What about you, do you fancy sharing the things that you wont buy?

Here is a card that was sent out to our neice last week when she celebrated her birthday. 

It has been created using the fern embossing folder which I think is so pretty and so detailed.  I do hope the postman delivered it on time.  

I am pleased to say that I am now down to 33,883 photos to sort out.  A lot of them will be deleted as no one will look at them ever again.  I had fun taking them and am enjoying sharing all the crafty ones but the others, oh well. 

I have added a new page to the blog, it is 2025 Dresser sales which can be found at the top of the page.  I shall be populating this each day to share what retired items I have in The Craft Room that are looking for new homes.  If you see anything that you would like, please let me know.
