Good morning brrr it is cold outside. I shall be wrapping up warm as I am off out early. Lots of bits and pieces to pick up and places to visit this morning. I shall be having an afternoon with folk popping in to the Craft Room and then this evening is the fist Festive Friday of 2024 where we shall start making our Christmassy projects. It is never to early to make a start on them.
Here is another card that I have made using the Sale a Bration Flight and Airy Designer Series Papers and I created this lovely panel card.
To make the card you take a piece of 6" x 8 1/4" card and score at 2" and 3". You turn it around and score at 2" and 3"again, using a bone folder, burnish your score lines and thats it, your card base has been created.
Get a 3 1/4" x 3 1/4" piece of card the same colour as your base card, here I used Night of Navy and mat a piece of patterned designer series paper to it. I used the same paper as I put on my little side panels and the size is 3" x 3".
Cut two small side panel pieces of designer series paper at 5 3/4" x 3/4" (the same paper as the front panels).
Cut two pieces of designer series papers for the end panels 1 3/4" x 5 3/4" and the main center panel 2 3/4" x 2 3/4"
Then just create your center main feature. Here I cut out some of the bird images from the Flight and Airy papers and the sentiment is from Notes of Nature stamp set. Those pretty little dots are the 2022-2024 matt decorative dots.
I then went on to create a box with a surprise inside, a bag to put everything in and finished with a gift tag, all from the same papers.
I loved taking my time to create this co-ordinating pretty bundle and I cant wait to make more.
