Good morning. I was up far too early today but there were so many birds singing outside my bedroom window which woke me up. It is lovely to hear first thing in the morning but it was only just getting light. Oh well, I can get an early start on my 'to do' list.
On Sunday we decided to start cleaning our patio at the back of the house. It is rather large area so to keep things under control we shall do it in 3 or 4 different stages, then it is not such a big job. It is the royal we of course. I am the one supplying the drinks, moral support and cleaning up as best I can.
I have struggled to get a really nice finish with the Stampin' Up! pastels. Stampin' Up! have just done a reel and I wish I had seen it earlier. If you click on the image below, a reel/video will open up on a new page.
Here is a card that I made recently using the new Layers of Beauty stamp set and dies. The card type has a name and its called a 'Flying Seagull' card which is a really fun fold.
It isnt as difficult as it looks, once you have made one. I have listed below all the products I used to make this card.
