Good morning. Up fairly early today but I have had plenty of sleep so feel refreshed and ready to tackle whatever today may bring. Its a tad cool and raining but its supposed to warm up later which will be nice. Hoping to get an hour or so in the garden to tidy it up. The wind and rain have made it really untidy and we have got lots of rubbish in corners. The fresh air will do us good too.
Yesterday was a day spent out and what a day. It was lovely to be with friends, to laugh, to chat to have wonderful food and generally be spoilt rotten. We made 5 super cards too, all for the festive season. It worked wonders for me and gave me so much inspiration and I cant tell you how much I learnt. I think everyone needs a day off to be spoilt at least once a month, it gives you a new lease of life.
Once I have caught up with emails, messages etc. I will destashing some wonderful retiried Stampin' Up! pretties as the craft room will soon be fit to bursting. I have already sorted out the Designer Series Papers and embellishments. Today it is ribbons and storage solutions, not an easy thing to let go of but its time for a bit of a change. I shall be having the Great Stampin' Stash Bash for the next 14 days, all over The Derby Crafting Marketplace on Facebook. I absolutely loved creating this card with the gorgeous Wildflower Birthday papers and the Everyday Arches Dies.
But the most exciting part? Getting to play with the brand new punch and coordinating stamp set that officially launches tomorrow.
And bonus, I’ve finally found the perfect use for all those little scraps of white card… pre-made sentiments ready to go.
The punch (£25) and the Stamps (£16) or the bundle (that is both the punch and stamp set together for £36.75) are being released tomorrow in the Stampin' Up! Online Exclusives range.
