Beauty of Friendship different type of card

Good morning, an early start again today.I thought I heard wind chimes, lots of them.  A bit strange as it was only just sunrise and it wasn’t forecast to be windy.  So I got up and came to have a look. Imagine my surprise when I saw these sheep and a shepherd who actually posed for me.  A great way to start the day.

Here is a card that was made during one of the days that we had a crafting session in The Craft Room, Derby.  Everyone came armed with their own supplies and we sat and made cards for a couple of hours, to see how we felt about crafting together.  I am really pleased to say, it worked out a treat.

I took a sheet of Soft Succulent card and created a Base Card with it (C6 / A6).  I added a piece of the 6x6 2021-2023 In Colour Designer Speciality Paper to the front of the card and then ran this through the die cutting machine, cutting out a large circle.

I got an A4 sheet of Basic White card and created another card base that fit inside the Soft Succulent card, leaving a small border all the way around.  I made sure that the Basic White card had the crease towards the outside and using a pencil, I gently marked out the circle.  I then stamped the tree branches, once, and it created the wonderful image, from the Beauty of Friendship stamp set.  I rubbed out the pencil marks and stamped the tree trunk.

I then opened up the Basic White insert and stamped one of the other trees from the stamp set using the same colours, this is where I shall write my greeting.  Using Evening Evergreen card and 2 circle dies, I cut out a frame to go around the circle on the front of the card.  If you would like more information on how to do this, please do get in touch, all my details are below.  I have also added a list of all the products I used to make this card at the end of this post. Should you wish to purchase the bundle, stamps and dies, I will get this delivered to you, FREE of charge and, you can add a Sale a Bration item to the order at no extra cost.  The same applies should you wish to purchase the suite (stamps, dies, embossing folder and 12x12 paper).  Please get in touch to find out more.
