DAY THIRTY NINE again - New Baby Card

Good morning, so it seems that I mis calculated somewhere along the way and today is actually day Thirty Nine, not yesterday.  Oh well, at least I have got it straight now.

What a cold start to the day we have here in paradise.  It was only 5 degrees last night which is the coldest day of the Winter so far.  It will only reach a high of 13 today and we have been used to 20-21 degrees but, we cant have it all.

After being here for a few weeks I think we have done everything that we had to do to catch up and so now I have a few days of fully resting and relaxing and not so much running around.  Oh I do enjoy the running around but it does tire me out, all due to the Rhuematoid Arthritis I guess.

I am chasing up citizenship in Cyprus.  As I lived here for so many years I am hoping that I can take up the citizenship so that I am not restricted on the number of days we can stay in the country.  At the moment, I am only allowed to stay for 90 days each 6 months and I really would like to have a little more freedom on this.  Especially as we have a wedding next year and birthdays and I have to sit and calculate how long we can stay.  But, I do count my blessings that I am able to travel here and be with the family, I am very lucky.

I shall be doing a bit of crafting once the household chores are done and there arent too many of them today.

Here is a card that I made recently and passed on to Sophia after she had her first little one.

The card, the inks, the blending, the Stampin' Writes and everything apart from the stamp, is from Stampin' Up! I love that I can grab a stamp from my stash and use it with all the SU products so that they all colour co-ordinate.  The sentiment I created on my computer.  I do love to sit, stamp and colour and I think that this is my all time favourite technique when it comes to card making.

Here is another item from the Online Exclusives that you may have missed.

Add a touch of gold and/or a kiss of pink with these low profile dots. There are 140 adhesive backed pieces in two different sizes. Half of them are gold and the other half are Petal Pink. Dont forget, with these being an Online Exclusive, they cant be found in any of the catalogues or brochures. If you click on the Online Exclusive image below, you will be able to find out a little more about them.

I shall start with my few bits and bobs and then get my limited crafting supplies out. I hope you have a super Saturday and thank you so much for having a read. Tracey x
