Sunday

Recharging on a Sunday

Good morning, Had a pretty good nights sleep last night.  It was gone 5am when I woke this morning so things are improving.  Another day or two and I will be back to normal, well as normal as I can be for me.  We went off for our Flu jabs yesterday. I do normally suffer with a swollen arm and it is quite achy for a few days after this but fortunately, so far so good.   I had my Covid vacination prior to going away and Paul will have his in a couple of weeks.

 It is a Sunday lunch today, we have missed this whilst we have been visiting the daughters.  In between that I hope to clear up The Craft Room, put some things away and put some bits and pieces up for sale. I do like a bit of a declutter.

Whilst away I found some of the most lovelest files,

I am a sucker for anything like these.  I shall be using these to pop cards in that I hope to create with you on-line in an evening.  Arent I getting organised.  I already have one for tonight so, if you fancy a bit of a get together, in the facebook group The Craft Room, Derby - Craft Forum at 6.30, I will be there.

For those of you that didnt make it to the live world card making day that Stampin' Up! held, here is a link that you can watch.  https://events.stampinup.com/worldcardmakingday/video

Stampin’ Up! have released this brand new kit and I must admit, mine is on its way to me and should be here on Monday.  I cant wait to share it with you.

  • The kit includes
  • One 8" x 10" (20.3 x 25.4 cm) monthly planner with space to record birthdays each month as well as a pocket sleeve to hold birthday cards.
  • 12 full-size birthday cards, 6 of 2 designs, and 12 coordinating envelopes.
  • Glue Dots, Stampin’ Dimensionals, Adhesive-Backed Embellishments, and Tear & Tape Adhesive
  • Die-cut florals and pieces ready for you to use—no prep work required!
  • Sticker sentiments and die-cut labels in Dutch, English, French, and German
  • Coordinating colours: Basic Black, Evening Evergreen, Petal Pink, Sahara Sand, and Soft Succulent
  • It is priced at £24 and with the offer of FREE postage, an ideal time to order one.  I think that it would make an ideal Christmas present too

There is also another kit that has been launched and I totally missed it.  Well I have been rather busy so I think its acceptable,

* Christmas Gifting Photopolymer Stamp Set
* Acrylic Stamp Block
* Shaded Spruce Classic Stampin’ Spot
* Pre-designed projects
* Step-by-step instructions
* Pre-cut pieces (No prep work! Get right to crafting)
* Makes 9 sets: 3 each of 3 designs
* Sized to fit standard gift cards
* Enough adhesive to complete projects
* A 9-7/8" x 6-1/2" x 2-3/4" (25.1 x 16.5 x 7 cm) printed designer box for storage or crafting on the go

How about some Christmas tags and Gift Wallets?  This kit comes with everything listed above and at the price of £20 I think it is something well worth having.  I am just about to order mine.  I am sure that once I have made up the tags and wallets in the kit, I will be getting out my Double Sided Christmas Papers and making up a few more.
