Good morning. I finally got caught with COVID. I have been so lucky by not getting it over the last five years but it caught me good and proper. At first I thought it was because I am trying to do too much (as usual) and was getting tired. Then the arthritis started playing up quite badly. Once I put my injection in it was downhill from there with the most awful headache and dizziness. I blamed the side effects of the injection not even thinking I had covid. After another day of being shattered, in pain and starting to cough I tested and it came back positive.
Since then I am constantly tired, flitting from one thing to another yet completing nothing, sore throat and headache. I lost my sense of taste and smell 4 days ago. However, I think last night was a turning point as I slept all night, not coughing, havent sneezed for a couple of days and no more headache. Lets hope I just continue to pick up now.
Here is another card that shows how the Elements of Text stamp is so versitile and can be used alongside lots of other stamp sets that we already own.
Sally created this card and teamed the stamp set up with Pretty Petals stamp set and dies which is currently on the last chance list. The 'friend' is from the Friends for Life dies and the circle die is from Spotlight on Nature. Everything has been blended together perfectly.
The first Cuppa and a Card went well and this is what we created over having a cuppa in the cafe. We received a very warm welcome and look forward to doing it all again.
Our next get together at Insomnia Cafe, Chellaston will be on 11th April. Do let me know if you would like to join us or just turn up on the day with your projects
Thank you for having a read. I shall do my best to catch up over the next few days. Tracey x
