Whats On Your Workdesk Wednesday

Midweek and phew...what a scorcher yesterday was in Derby. I have just heard the forecast and it sounds like rain for today, well the gardens could do with it. I am STILL getting ready for my card sale at the Well Dressings next weekend, you would think that as I had a year to get organised it would all be done and dusted by now, ohh noo not for last minute Annie (that is what Paul calls me). I do tend to leave things to the last minute, shock and horror I imagine some of you are thinking. I get cards ready for birthdays well in advance but the inserts go in just before I deliver the card, presents are purchased weeks ahead but they dont get wrapped until the last minute and paperwork yikes......

Here's my pictures of WOYWW which I have just taken, a bit of a creative mess really, half finished cards, bits and pieces everywhere lol but I know, it wont be as creative as other desks.

The craft room really is a bit of a tip and it will have to stay like that today, who knows if I will tidy it tomorrow, whats the point in cleaning it when it gets messy again???

Thanks for having a read and have a lovely Wednesday. I am really looking forward to a bit of blog hopping later today to see other WOYWW.

UPDATED - The SU order is out for delivery yeah. Hopefully I can get it all sorted ready to hand out later today, depending on what time it arrives

Tracey

I am the same in that I make the cards well in advance then leave inserts until I have no choice :o)

I had to laugh at your clean up philosophy. I often think the same thing each day when I make my bed. I sure like the looks of those punches. Hapve a great WOYWW.

Hehe I have a pile of cards with inserts, and a pile without. I try to do a few as I am thinking of new card ideas, but a big pile still remains :P

Ohh which well dressing are you at? We visited the Tissington one in May on holiday and enjoyed it very much!
I hate inserts lol!
Agree with your philosophy that tidying up when it will just get messy again is a waste of time.

Good luck with the sale of your cards. I know what you mean when you say what is the point in clearing up when it only gets a mess again, I feel like that most days about everything LOL. Have a good evening, Tracy Evans x

I can see all the little strips from the cello bags on your desk, it's the devil to get them in the bin isn't it! Static makes them stick to my fingers! Do you find that?
