Monday

Bank Holiday Monday with a baby card

Good morning on this Bank Holiday Monday.  I have a morning with some lovely friends, lunch out and an evening in the craft room which to me, is a wonderful start to the week.  And now that the sun is shining, it is even better, fingers crossed it lasts.

The painting of the house has been done, my hubby is amazing.  It has taken a few weeks doing just a couple of hours each day but I am really happy to say that its all now finished.  The cleaning of everything else around the house will be done in early October.

The girls (my daughters) have asked for a few baby cards so I thought I would start with this one that appeared on my instagram last week.  It is a cased copy from Michelle Last, another Stampin' Up! demonstrator and uses the brand new Lemon Lolly card.  Nelly was stamped and empossed onto watercolor card and the stars were also stamped and embossed onto a larger piece of watercolor card.  A large circle of vellum was cut out and nelly was stuck on to that.  The clouds were punched out of basic white card using the 2 3/8" circle punch.  I loved making this and will make a couple more in a 'kit form' to put together when I need them.

I am placing an order tomorrow at 12 noon and if you would like anything adding to the order please, do get in touch with me.
