WOYWW - 284

I decided that along with the couple of challenges this week, I would nip and be nosy at other crafters work desks.  I used to do this most weeks but then stopped as I couldnt keep up but today, I thought lets go back to WOYWD  (whats on your workdesk Wednesday). If you want to join, just click HERE

Here are two photos of my desk this morning, yes it is normally this tidy as its a new crafting space.  Since my last visit to WOYWW , we have had a couple of holidays, lots of people staying with us and we have moved  home.  My ribbons no longer hang over my desk but are stored above it.  Ohh, I cant wait to go and visit other desks throughout the day.

Yesterday I was very brave, dentist visit over for this week "heaves a great sigh of relief".  I was there less than 15 minutes and I managed very well.  Let us hope that next Tuesday's visit is just as good.  I also managed to get a little shopping done, a visit to the folk and, believe it or believe it not, I got in the crafty space for a while.  I was supposed to clear all my stamps/card/inks away but that didnt happen, I just added to the pile as I made a card.  It was a hard card to make as Paul's cousin lost her battle against the big C and I made a card for Paul's aunt, yikes.

I used Pool Party card, Rich Razzelberry card and some linen card from my stash.
The butterflies are from the SU butterfly emboslits and the stamps Just Believe.

I also prepared the final 20 cards for friends for Christmas, they just want a splash of colour, a red ribbon and some sparkle then that is that all done and dusted.  Family cards next and as I know which ones I am doing, that will be fun.  I do have to make the girls (daughters) cards fairly quickly as I think I am seeing Katerina in Birmingham next week to pass over cards and presents for her to take home.  Now I wasnt going to do any Christmas shopping until December but I will have to.......but what do I get them?

We have some NEW WEEKLY DEALS from Stampin' Up! today and here they are.

My next order will go in on Sunday evening at around 7pm.  If there is anything that you would like either from the weekly deals, clearance, annual catalogue or Winter mini, please please please, do let me know.  You can call me on 01332 721877 or send me an email tracey.rossos2@hotmail.com and I will gladly help as much as I can.

Right, best get them skates on, going to make the best of today prior to friends coming over for a cuppa this evening, oh, if you are local to Derby and fancy a cuppa tonight , get in touch and I will give you the address, the more the merrier

Thank you so much for visiting and a "big wave" to Sid, my latest follower, thank you Sid

Hi Tracey - what a lovely ribbon collection you have (crumbs, I sound like Red Riding Hood's grandma!!) Your desk looks a fab place to work and play, and that card is beautiful. Such a hard time for the family but, if anything is going to bring a smile to Paul's aunt, that will. Hugs and happy WOYWW, Chris # 7

I love all that counter space you have to spread out. I know I'd have it filled in a heartbeat. You can give me all the space in the world but somehow I always block myself down to about an 8x8" spot to work with. The occasion is sad but the card is beautiful. Judy #73

Hi Tracey, you have been a busy lady, nice to get on top of the Christmas cards, though - I'm pretty much done and need to work on my annual letter. You do have a lovely work space, have a great week Cheers RobynO#30

Love your desk, it is so serene and tidy and organised. Great card, such a sad occasion for it but I am sure the Aunt will appreciate the sentiment and thought. Annette #31

I love that sympathy card. They are always difficult to do but you've done a wonderful job on that one.
I hope the dentist visit went well. I'm like you, dentist phobia. I have sleepless nights, hyperventile in the chair etc
Thanks for letting me look over your shoulder,
Have a good week,
Sorry I'm late but I take my time going through them all. (I enjoy reading all the blogs and look at the photos)

Hi there! Thanks for dropping by my blog and introducing yourself :-) Hope you enjoy WOYWW!
That's a lovely clear craft space you have there - I can't work in mess at all, it drives me nuts wasting time trying to find stuff.
And that sympathy card is just gorgeous, honestly, it's really beautiful and I hope it gives a little comfort at a terrible time for that poor lady.
Hugs, LLJ 32 xx

A lovely card - sympathy cards can be so hard to make. This one hits the right note, I think.
Number only verification has returned so I'm jumping on it!

Happy (late again) WOYWW!

The card is beautiful - it's very hard with that kind of thing. I remember when we lost my Mum and one of the nurses made her a card - it was so thoughtful and beautiful. I'm sure yours was much appreciated.

Thank you for coming to see my mess :)

great looking crafty space so neat and tidy. I can never keep mine like that no matter how I try. Love the card! Rich Razzleberry is a favorite of mine. As you could see from my desk pictures this week SU is a favorite too! Used to be a Demo but got sick and couldn't do it anymore. Thanks for visiting my desk this week. Sorry I am so late getting around but that's the way it goes. Have a great rest of the week. Vickie #43

A very belated return visit, but oh I do like that bereavement card, and so hard to make for someone so close to you. I hope you have been able to comfort one another in your loss.
What a super well organised desk, lots of good work done on there I'm sure.
Thanks for your nice comments on my deaks.
