Sunday

Sunday Catch Up

Good morning.  Up early today, lots on my mind, all lovely thoughts though.  I am also quite excited at completing 1001 little jobs that I have been putting off for a while.

We had a few Zoom sessions this week on blending backgrounds and on my background, I added this flower from the Forever Blossoms stamp set.

I blended the background using Crumb Cake ink.  I stamped the image using Saddle Brown Momento Ink onto another piece of card and then coloured it in using ink from the lid of the stamp pad and the water brushes from Stampin' Up! which are a dream to use.  I have often had problems with water brushes/aqua painters as I can never get the flow of water correct, I usually end up flooding my image with lots of water gushing out but not this time.  They are really nice to use and come in three different sizes.  I then cut out the flowers and stuck it onto the card.   If you would like to know a little more about how to do this then please do get in touch as I would be happy to show you.

Thank you for having a read today and I hope you have a smashing Sunday, whatever you are up to.  Tracey x
