Wednesday

What's On Your Workdesk? Wednesday 152 for a well deserved treat

I dont want to say this too loud but, there is something yellowy in a blue sky???? Does this mean that today we wont get any of the wet stuff?  After how many days of rain rain and more rain its nice to see some proper daylight, fingers crossed that its going to last.

Do you know, I spend so much time doing all the things that I need to do, doing things that have got to be done etc. etc. that I forget to do the things that I like doing so as from today, I am going to make sure I get plenty of time to do the things that I want to do as well. I am sure that I am not the only one who feels like this at times.  So as it's Wednesday I thought I would play along with What's on your workdesk Wednesday. It is so long since I went and visited everyones workdesk with a coffee that this will be e a real treat.  Yikes, how many people have already posted, goodness, how wonderful.

So here is my workdesk.

Yes I cleared a bit of space for 3 cards, well I had to otherwise you would never have seen them.
It is my uncles birthday in less than 2 weeks, on the same day as my birthday,  so I have been playing with a card I wanted to make for him.  I must admit that I have been tittyfing this for nearly a month, well I am getting older and things take longer lol.  I hope that today I can get it finished and take it to him next week as we shall be away on the special day.  Its a man tree stamp that I thought was fun, for men who have little or lots of hobbies.  What do you think?

Thanks for having a look at my blog and I hope you have a lovely day.

You have a very pretty craft area and I love the cards you made! I feel the same way about time to do something you love to do. There always seems to be something else that I feel guilty about NOT doing while I'm drawing! Hope you have fun today, and keep the coffee coming!

Hi Tracey - thanks for popping in to visit. I love your cards. That stamp is fab - men can be so difficult. I have not seen this one before and I thought at first you had stamped all the little bits separately. You have a great collection of ribbons hanging over your desk I see! WOYWW Hugs from Helen 64

Just wondering whether you are the "Tracey" who commented on my desk as you didn't leave a number. Thanks for stopping by if it was you. I think you said "it" too loud as we haven't had much sunshine today :( Great "man" cards. BJ#18

I really like the man tree; it is such a funny stamp. Great to see you visiting WOYWW. I've missed all your hanging ribbons. I know what you mean about needing to make it a point to take time for the fun things too. They do say all work and no play makes you homicidal or something like that.

Hi Tracey I had trouble leaving a comment direct from yours but managed to find you going back to Julia's blog. Thanks for popping to my space and for sharing yours. I love how you store your ribbons and what a great selection of mens cards you have. I love all the sports items hanging from the tree.

The man tree stamp is great! it takes me an age to finish a card too! Like you I don't seem to get much time for crafting, which is really quite annoying at times! Love all the ribbons hanging over your desk x April#85
