Whats on your Workdesk Wednesday 154

Good morning and I am up well before the larks today.  I am keeping this post short and sweet for WOYWW.
Not sure what WOYWW is yet, its where you get to peek at other crafters desks, all over the world, its lovely.  I didnt get chance to  leave comments on everyones post last week but hopefully will do better this week. To find out more, visit HERE  Thank you to everyone for all your comments last week, it was lovely to find them all.

No crafting done these last few days as my husband (its still strange calling Paul that) took me to Amsterdam for the weekend to celebrate my 50th.  It was fantastic, I knew it would be good but it was better than that, we saw so many wonderful sights as well as the not so wonderful sights in a certain colourful area, we laughed so much and met the most helpful and pleasant natives of Holland.  We went on boats, trams, buses and walked but no, I didnt ride a bicycle.  So, on my desk today are some goodies from Amsterdam.

I have a new plaque with hooks on so that I can store my empty craft bag, in between Derby Dabblers evenings.  Lots of new stamps from a Dutch Craft Shop, A new manaquin, I couldnt resist, a card from a group of wonderful friends.  Oh and some large cards in the making along with the start of my dads birthday cards, so  quite a bit really.
Now I had best get ready for work.  Thanks for having a read and have a lovely Wednesday.

Such nice fun girly looking things on your desk. It sounds like you had a great trip seeing the sights. I think the not-so-wonderful places make you appreciate the wonderful places all that much more!

I had to giggle at the "colorful" bit. When I lived in Germany, my ex-husband and I took a trip to Amsterdam. It is a lovely place and I had my eyes opened with the colorful areas! I was 20 at that time. Gosh, hard to believe that was 24 years ago. Yikes! Happy WOYWW! Warmly, Tracy #88
