Honey Bee on a Monday

Good morning and a sunny start to the day, fingers crossed it will last.

We had a lovely weekend and the royal we have started the gardening.  It was lovely to spend a couple of hours out in the fresh air and I do hope we can continue today by doing another little patch of garden.  The greenhouse has some plants that we put in over winter and a few have survived.  Some new seeds have gone in and have sprouted.  We shall take a good look at that tomorrow and perhaps start potting up a few more seeds.

Lots has changed around the world over the weekend including Cyprus going on lockdown.  The girls and the family are all well and safe over there, that is all we can hope for at this time. Both girls are still at work.   We cant go and visit Aunty Jean in the hospital, although she is doing well and recovering, which is good news.

I have managed to finish one of the bee cards from last weeks Play Date

One of the dies was used as a stencil to create the honeycomb look, crushed curry inked and a dauber used to fill in the spaces.  It is a single layered card, something that we dont do too often.  If you would like more information about how this was created then please do get in touch.  Details of how to reach me are below.

In light of the situation we have currently with the virus, I have taken the decision to postpone our crafty get togethers for a while.  Some folk had said they didnt want to come along, despite all the measures we take.  Some folk are classed as vulnerable as I am and a few folk are in the age bracket where they may have to self isolate.  Instead of putting anyone at risk, by postponing the get togethers I feel that we are keeping everyone as safe as we can.   I am still taking orders for crafting goodies and these can be delivered directly to you home for the usual £4.99 p+p.  Alternatively, for those that have items delivered here, we can arrange for me to drop them at your home when I go out and about in the car.  Payment would be made as usual, via bank transfer, paypal or upon placing the order.  I do hope to carry on crafting and am looking at ways in which we can all craft together, remotely.

Thank you for having a read today and I hope you have a lovely Monday.  Tracey x
